The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application system.
Applications are now open and may shut on fifteen December 2024.

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant should satisfy the subsequent criteria:
• Be a South African citizen or copyright who arises from a house with a combined gross house income that does not exceed R350 000 for every annum.
• People with disabilities qualify if their combined domestic revenue won't exceed R600 000 per annum.
• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and need not get more info post any evidence of income.

The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open to all South African citizens and permanent residents from households with combined R350 000 and R600 000 for every annum.
